We feel responsible for our living environment. That is why we have been pursuing an active policy in the context of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for many years now.
 
We are developing and sourcing goods from manufacturers in countries in Asia and the Middle East, such China, India, Egypt, Vietnam and Pakistan. It is important to us that the international applicable norms and values are respected. 


BCI cotton

The Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) is a partnership between development organizations, environmental organizations and the business community. It focuses on making cotton cultivation more sustainable. 

Oekotex

OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is one of the world's best-known labels for textiles that have been tested for harmful substances. It stands for customer trust and high product safety.

FSC

Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is an international certification for paper, supported by governments, companies and environmental organizations. It sets strict requirements for sustainable and social forest management, but no requirements for paper production.

Reach

REACH is a European regulation regarding production and trade of chemicals. It describes what companies and governments must adhere to. REACH stands for: Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemical Substances. This regulation applies to all countries of the European Union.

BSCI

BSCI aims to improve working conditions in factories. The Foreign Trade Association (FTA) established the BSCI label in 2002 for companies in the textile industry. Mundia is a member of Amfori BSCI and therefore respects the code of conduct as pictured below.
